Calm, structured
help for messy career moments.
Luceria is a UK-built AI career coach for students and graduates. We turn AI from a chat box into a structured workspace that respects your time, your data, and your judgement.
Built in the UK
Tuned for UK CV norms, employers, and grad schemes.
Risk-aware
Flags scams, free-Gmail recruiters, and unrealistic pay.
Confirms before acting
You approve every change. Audit + Undo are on by default.
Your data stays yours
Stored privately in your account. Never used to train models.
Why we exist
Career help is broken at the moments that matter most.
University careers services are good at the broad strokes and often unavailable when you actually need them — 11pm the night before a deadline, or in the second week after you graduated and lost your access. Generic AI chat is available, but it forgets what you’re working on every new tab and happily confabulates a London salary or a non-existent recruiter.
Meanwhile the things UK students actually deal with — placement-year applications, year-in-industry schemes, deferring or switching course, recruiter scams that target inexperience, post-rejection slumps, juggling four live applications across three platforms — don’t fit neatly into either “ask the careers office” or “copy-paste a CV into ChatGPT.”
Luceria is built for those moments. It’s structured enough to stop you spiralling, smart enough to actually help, and honest enough to tell you when something looks off.
How we build
Four principles, applied everywhere.
Structured by default
Generic chatbots produce generic advice. Luceria turns every job, decision, or invite into a workflow with steps, context, and saved outputs you can actually re-use.
Risk-aware, not paranoid
UK students get hit with scams that target inexperience: free-Gmail recruiters, upfront 'training kits', MLM pitches dressed as jobs. We screen them honestly without sounding the alarm on legitimate roles.
Confirms before it acts
Luceria proposes — you confirm. Stage moves, saved CVs, follow-up tasks, anything that touches your account: the assistant suggests, you approve, the audit log keeps both honest.
Your data stays yours
Documents, applications, emails you choose to share — all stored privately to your account, RLS-locked at the database, never used to train any model.
What we’re not
Not a job board. Not another chatbot.
- We don’t aggregate listings or take affiliate fees from employers — your interests, not theirs.
- We don’t auto-apply on your behalf. Spray-and-pray isn’t a strategy and recruiters notice.
- We don’t train models on your CVs, applications, or emails. Your data stays in your account.
What we are
A workspace, with a coach inside it.
- Workflows for the live work — applications, decisions, transitions — with tasks and saved outputs that don’t vanish.
- A risk-check tool that actually reads UK-specific scam patterns, not a generic spam filter.
- An assistant that knows your applications, your CV, your tasks, and proposes updates you can confirm or reject.
Frequently asked
The honest answers.
Who is Luceria for?
UK students, graduates, and anyone in a messy in-between moment — picking a course, finishing a placement, applying into a tough market, deciding between two offers. The product is calibrated to UK CV norms, UK employers, UK pay benchmarks, and the specific scams that target students here.
Why isn't this just ChatGPT with a different paint job?
Generic AI chat is great for one-shot questions and terrible at remembering what you're doing. Luceria gives you a structured workspace: every application, every interview brief, every CV draft has a place it lives. The assistant has access to that whole picture and can propose updates that flow through the app — so context isn't wiped every new message.
Will Luceria mess with my account without asking?
No. Mutations always go through an explicit Confirm button, every confirmed action is logged, and most can be undone. You can read the audit trail at any time.
Does Luceria read my emails?
Only emails you paste in. Live mailbox sync (Gmail / Outlook OAuth) is on the roadmap, not enabled — and when it lands, it'll be opt-in and scoped narrowly to job-related messages.
Why UK-first?
Because the gaps we're filling — placement years, year-in-industry schemes, UK CV conventions, Companies House verification, Action Fraud as a real escalation route — are UK-specific. We'd rather do one country properly than ten generically.
What does it cost?
There's a free tier with sensible monthly limits. Paid plans add more AI generations, more risk checks, and the Advanced dashboard. See the pricing page for details.
Calm, structured, UK-aware.
Try Luceria with a real application. The free tier has every feature — just lighter limits — and a one-shot risk check is open to anyone, no account needed.
